MongoDB 3.2.0 tools incorrectly report version 3.2.0-rc5

      The following components are reporting version "3.2.0-rc5" when downloaded from the 3.2.0 distribution (tested RHEL7 and Windows):

      • bsondump
      • mongoimport
      • mongoexport
      • mongodump
      • mongorestore
      • mongostat
      • mongooplog
      • mongofiles
      • mongotop

      The main components (mongod, mongos, mongo) report correctly. mongoperf does not report any version.
