Mongodump messages could not be separated from actual data when dumping to
standard out (fd 1). This is a serious problem, though it should be
simple to solve. Messages should be printed to standard error (fd 2),
thus data could be handled on the fly. E.g. compressed, forwarded,
etc.
Also a quiet option would be handy.
