Adding better line by line logging to give us a better idea of when indexes are being built, how many documents have been added whilst the mongodump has been running, and when we are replaying the oplog when run with --oplog.

Most importantly, if corrupt documents are encountered and therefore skipped, by mongorestore/mongodump it would be helpful to log this and give some details on where the corruption was encountered.
