It seems logical to merge the mongodump and mongoexport tools. They both do a similar job, the only difference being the output format. mongoexport functionality could be duplicated in mongodump by passing a `j` or `json` argument, along with the optional `-csv` argument. This makes further sense should ticket SERVER-201 is actioned.
