Would like the meaning to be extracted and displayed in the metadata similarly to the way the other ops work.

for example, there are lots of different way of doing the "insert"
operation (OP_INSERT, OP_QUERY as a write command with the "insert" key
on a $cmd namespace, OP_COMMAND) and we'd like them to all show up in
the report with equivalent fields (possibly with the addition of an
extra field indicating which protocol method was used, so we can
distinguish them if necessary)
