Restore of 2.4 database to 3.3.x server fails

      In 2.4, the create collection metadata contains a field called "create". Due to changes in SERVER-25459, this create collection command now fails.

      I believe the right fix is for the mongorestore command to filter out the bad field. gabriel.russell What is the existing design patterns for version incompatibilities and mongorestore.
