fix per collection overhead when doing gzip dumps

      It looks like it takes about 3.5 gigs so complete the the 15k collections test with gzip turned on, while it takes about 150 megs to do the same dump with gzip turned off.

      It appears that the memory use skyrockets during DuumpMetadata()
