The new in 3.4 --parseGrace option for mongoimport is oddly named, and without reading the help text (or forthcoming docs, I suppose), a user is unlikely to be able to deduce what it actually does. We on the docsteam had a nice brainstorm and didn't make it to the correct conclusion.

Coercion is the correct term for what's going on, so 'parse' seems like a worse choice. Similarly. I assume the notion of 'grace' is supposed to echo how 'gracefully' errors are handled, but we didn't make that connection.

Renaming the option to --coercionFailureHandling or something that is more descriptive would be ideal.
