make use of 'common' package for mongoreplay flags

      Mongoreplay currently handles all of its own flag parsing since it does many special case things. However, all of the tools perform some special case operations and with special case flags inside of their own packages.

      Moving mongoreplay's flags will create a more consistent developer experience.
