An option (say -s) to allow custom field separator when importing or exporting csv data

      When using mongoimport or mongoexport, it would be nice to allow specifying an option to be able to handle custom field separator.

      I was trying to import some data using mongoimport and realized that I had to pre-process the data to change the delimiters from colons to tabs (to make it tsv) before import.
