      Per legal, we must have a copyright notice in all our source files along the lines of © MongoDB, Inc. 2008-present. (Where 2008 is replaced by the first date the file was added.)

      We should also put the usual Apache2 license statement.

      This must be coordinated with TOOLS-1725.
