mongodump exclude matching namespaces

      It would be convenient to exclude a matching namespace for mongodump, similar to what the --nsExclude option provides for mongorestore. This was done in TOOLS-1234 but never proposed for mongodump. This would be quite useful if you would like to exclude a large collection from a full dump.
