The common.yml file for Evergreen omits some recent distros and its naming scheme is generally confusing. We should add Debian and Ubuntu variants and rename entries to make their OS and configuration more clear.
For example, some variants run a specialized task list of SSL-only tasks – those are the only variants that should be labeled "SSL". Other instances of "SSL" should be removed.
For all general linux hosts, we do want to build tools with "sasl" and "ssl" tags, though, regardless of whether we're running a specific SSL-only set of tests. In some other cases for mac, windows and some ZAP cases, we don't always build with the "sasl" tag. I'm not sure if that's sensible, but we can leave it for now.
