Switch evergreen intensive testing to match server priority buildversions

      We run a full test suite on Ubuntu 14.04 and only a minimum one on Ubuntu 16.04. We should reverse this, running long tests on 16.04 and also on other high-priority server buildvariants like rhel62. We may want to consider dropping tests on 14.04 entirely as it's no longer a supported OS.
