Support mongoreplay playback using ssl

      At present there is no way to replay captured files using TLS/SSL.

      This work is to 

      1. Add ssl switches to the mongoreplay command line and/or parse ssl configuration from a URI argument
      2. Support replay over ssl using the common tools dialer instead of mgo.Dial
