Add --ignoreExisting flag to mongomirror

      I am trying to use mongomirror to sync continuously from one on-prem cluster to another. However, for one reason or another, I can't have the tool be the one that creates the collections for me.

      Could there possibly be a flag that tells the tool to just ignore the fact that these exist already?
