Help output for cli tools should use --help syntax, and never -h

      For some tools, -h indicates "host" . For others, it indicates "help"

      This creates a sub-optimal user experience when using the CLI tools.

      • All tools should use --help to display help
      • All tools should use --host to specify the target db host
