Integration test failures on Ubuntu ARM64 with SSL

      All of the tools that we've ported to the new go driver are currently failing to connect when performing the integration tests on the ZAP ARM64 Ubuntu 16.04 SSL test variant. We should investigate whether this is a bug in our implementation or in the go driver.
