Standardize URI logging across tools

      Right now, only some tools log the the URI after successfully connecting (mongofiles, mongoimport, mongoexport, and mongotop). Also, it looks like mongofiles does it conditionally.

      We should consider standardizing this behavior so that all the tools log the uri under the same circumstances.
