We are experiencing some issues with UAT/Production cluster. Recently we started developing our Power BI reports using BI Connector. We are experiencing some issues when connecting to the BI connector it is turned into Recovering state for long period of time and unable to access the database. This is heavily impacted on our business reporting. I seek some help through chat lines unfortunately this issue is still occurred and unable to resolved with given instructions. Over the weekend I turned off all Power BI report data refresh scripts and disabled/enabled the BI connector, however this morning I found it turned into the Recovering state by itself. (no connections triggered) I would like to understand the root cause of this, I need some help to resolve this critical issue, or If there's some underlying issue with the cluster. Please kindly assist us as immediate priority this affected us in UAT and production.
