Currently is not possible to dump or only restore metadata collection and indexes, would be a nice to have:

• a mongodump option to only dump indexes and collection metadata, currently workaround is do dump one by one each collection adding a filter that doesn't match any document on _id
• a mongorestore option to only restore collection metadata and indexes from an existing "classic" mongodump
