When migrating Mongoreplay to the new repo, I found the README for Mongoreplay is outdated. For example, the following issues were spotted

• stat arg is replaced with monitor, and the behavior has been changed as well, but it's not caught in the file
• A new arg filter is not documented.
• Report format is outdated
