the format-go task is currently failing in the mongo-tools waterfall. We should fix the formatting issues currently in the codebase, and possibly also do some/all of the following:

• Move static analysis tasks into a separate variant for ease of use/visibility in the PR view of evg tasks
• Create a script in the mongo-tools repo that makes it easier to locally run the same static analysis that gets run on evg
