FLE isn't supported in any tools. But I think it makes sense that it should be available for import/export/dump/restore/bsondump. If you're importing/exporting data from an external source, you may want to encrypt/decrypt fields. I could also see a use case where people may want to add or remove encryption to/from a field in a preexisting collection. They could do that with a whole collection with a dump/restore. Additionally, adding FLE functionality to bsondump might be useful for debugging tasks.

This is probably something we'd need to scope out.
