Remove Ubuntu 12.04 and Debian 7.1 variants

      As of yesterday, the build team has disabled ubuntu1204 and debian71 variants. In order to move forward with release automation work, we need to remove these variants.

      If the variants are re-enabled in the future because of automation agent requirements, we will revert this change.
