Add zseries 4.4 platforms to Evergreen config

      We added a few 4.4 platforms in TOOLS-2505 but are waiting for BUILD-10986 to be resolved before we can add these remaining ones:

      • rhel80-s390x (ZAP s390x RHEL 8.0)
      • suse15-s390x (ZAP s390x SUSE 15)
      • ubuntu2004-s390x (ZAP s390x Ubuntu 20.04)
      • ubuntu2004-ppc64le (ZAP PPC64LE Ubuntu 20.04)

      Changes should be made in both platform.go, and in common.yml (with dist, sign and push tasks).
