TOOLS-2287 removes invariants in MTC of the form `KnownURI*` in favor of option validation by the driver and ensures that an unsupported URI parameter warning is logged iff the driver does not recognize the pertinent parameter.

However, logging will be supported by the driver itself upon fulfillment of GODRIVER-1242. When this occurs, logging behavior of MTC should be further refactored to utilize the framework provided by the driver.
