Collection counts to report estimated progress are slow and expensive on Data Lake because they require collection scans.

We should either skip counts against Data Lake or provide a command-line option to let users skip counts unconditionally.

Detecting Data Lake may require Data Lake changes (e.g. an additional isMaster field) so this ticket should be done in consultation with the Data Lake team if that is the desired approach. Currently, Data Lake can be detected via buildInfo.
