      Some release artifacts from https://evergreen.mongodb.com/version/mongo_tools_1f07c53e6889a8934971b8d7ad0c9c3088c8b52e were uploaded as the 100.3.0 release artifacts instead of the artifacts from https://evergreen.mongodb.com/version/mongo_tools_100.3.0_601b1deb850e611ed2d4c05f

      The affected builds were:

      • Debian 10 x86
      • SUSE 12 x86
      • SUSE 15 x86
      • Amazon Linux 1 x86
      • Ubuntu 14.04 x86
      • Ubuntu 20.04 arm64

      I suspect the push tasks for the commit build completed after the push tasks for the tag build and this is what caused the issue.
