We are experiencing some issues with Production cluster. we are using Tableau reports using BI Connector. We are experiencing some issues when connecting to the BI connector it is turned into Recovering state for long period of time and unable to access the database. This is heavily impacted on our business reporting.

We are facing this issue more frequently and impacting our business reports
I need some help to resolve this critical issue, or If there's some underlying issue with the cluster. Please kindly assist us as immediate priority this affected us in production.
