      Downstream Change Summary

      This adds an optional collectionUUID parameter to the renameCollection command. If the provided UUID does not match the UUID of the source collection being renamed (specified by namespace), the command will error with CollectionUUIDMismatch. This parameter is only supported when renaming within the same database.
