      This version will be available for download on S3 for users who need it, but will not be released on the download center or in linux repos.

      This means that it is in S3 and signed but not added to the JSON release feed. We want to do `sign` in CI, but not `push`.

      This is in addition the existing RHEL 6.2 build, which should not be affected.
