      Downstream Change Summary

      This makes is so that the dropTarget option to the renameCollection command can now additionally take a UUID (rather than only being able to take a boolean). If the provided UUID does not match the UUID of the target collection to be dropped, the command will error with CollectionUUIDMismatch. This parameter is only supported when renaming within the same database.
