      Add a new field to the shardCollection command to relax uniqueness requirements during validation and to prevent it from creating new indexes.

      Motivation

      This will be needed by the [cluster to cluster replication|REP-33] so it can have full control of what kind of indexes can be created in the destination cluster. For example, no unique indexes other than the _id index.
