      This ticket removes support for parsing/generating $v:1 oplog entries.

      Description of Linked Ticket

      The upcoming yearly release will only need to log $v:1 update oplog entries for compatibility with 4.4. When we branch for the subsequent release (4.8/5.0?), we can get rid of a lot of this code.
