Problem Statement/Rationale

When I view the list of collection index on the website the list keeps jumping to the top. It somehow seems like the the index list gets a regular refresh trigger which positions the list back to the top. Especially when you have many index for one collection it is almost impossible to scroll through them.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the index page for a collection with multiple index and scroll to the bottom. After a short moment the list will jump to the top again.

Expected Results

I would expect the list to remain at the position I am at until I manually scroll or perform some other interaction.

Actual Results

List jumps to the very top.
