Remove mongo-tools support for server version 3.4 on MacOS

    • Looks like we are not claiming to support MongoDB 3.4 anywhere in Documentation at this point. So no change needed.

      TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 were disabled by default since Go 1.18. TLS1.2 was not added to the server on MacOS until 3.6.5. This means after upgrading mongo-tools to Go1.19, mongo-tools will not be able to perform TLS handshake with server 3.4 on MacOS. We should remove its support for older server versions before upgrading mongo-tools to Go1.19.
