Discussed with rohan.sharan@mongodb.com, some server versions throws an NotImplemented error when running columnstore index tests:

(NotImplemented) columnstore indexes are under development and cannot be used without enabling the feature flag

We should just add a check for NotImplemented error and skip columnstore tests if this error occurs.
