Motivation

Users need to be able to use the tools on the latest version of the server.

Goals

Upgrade Go to v1.20.
Add 7.0 tests.
Remove tests on superfluous linux platforms. Only run tests on:
RHEL 8.0
Windows
RHEL 6.2 Splunk Build
