Have DB tools warn on connection to MongoDB-adjacent interfaces

      Currently, the tools do not prohibit using mongodb adjacent interfaces with them. These interfaces are not supported, but we will not prohibit users from connecting to them right now, and should add a warning when the tools are run.

      The mongodb adjacent interfaces we want to warn on are: Atlas Online Archive, CosmosDB, DocumentDB.
