      Original Downstream Change Summary

      findAndModify operations running in clusters now return the writeConcernError along with the original error when the operation failed.
      Previously, the writeConcernError field could be discarded in the result in some cases.
      The writeConcernError field in the response is still optional and is only present if the writeConcern for the findAndModify op could not be satisfied.
