When adding passthroughs for 8.1 and 8.2, I had to skip some more JS tests that ran these two operations, which mongodump doesn't like. Jian suggested overriding those commands in the JS tests to make the passthroughs more robust over time.

That's a good idea, but I didn't want to do it during the 8.3 time crunch, so I'm making this ticket to pick up soon instead.
