      Original Downstream Change Summary

      This adds a new "cu" oplog entry. The precedent set from existing "ci"/"cd" oplog entries is to ignore them.

      Description of Linked Ticket

      Containers should support updates with full replacement semantics. It will not be possible to update Container keys. The corresponding oplog entries should be explicitly versioned in case we decide to support more expressive update semantics in the future.
