More helpful error message when a user runs ./mongorestore without a dump/ folder

      Right now the user gets 

      [kyle@erf]$ ./mongorestore
2014-12-01T14:17:51.355-0500	building a list of dbs and collections to restore from dump dir
error scanning filesystem: error reading root dump folder: open dump: no such file or directory

      Given how likely it is for someone to just run the program without completely knowing what to do, we should additionally direct them to --help or to the documentation.
