Add tests against max _id size in oplog mode

      v8 & prior effectively limited _id size to under 8 MiB due to oplog restrictions.

      v9 alleviates that by allowing oversized oplog entries (e.g., 32 MiB).

      We should add tests for such documents in dump/restore, especially in oplog mode to ensure that our tooling can handle the oversized documents.
