It's frustrating when you run an export that processes slowly, causing you to wonder whether the app has locked up or died.

It would be great if mongoexport would post some kind of update to the screen as it's working, even if it is only a "Working..." statement with a pulsing character to indicate that it is not locked up.

An ongoing count of exported records would be ideal.
