mongoimport in 3.0 is not using all cores, in 2.7.8 does

      windows 8.1.

      my laptop has 4 cores, 4 GB ram and windows 8.1 (ssd)
      Running mongod version 3.0.0.

      During mongoimport of 600M rows from CSV, I observed extra slow import.
      Only 1 core has been used and load takes 10++ mins. (parameter /j was also used and no changes have been observed)
      Switched to mongoimport_2.7.8 version, it uses all available cores per default and load takes 3 mins.

      CAn you also advice how to use the parameter /j ? I have tried many options, but did not observe any performance nor cores usage changes
