Mongotop "i/o timeout error"

      I'm getting:
      error connecting to db server: read tcp xx.xx.xx.xx:27017: i/o timeout

      My server's a bit slow right now, but if the timeout were longer it'd connect. In fact it's because it's slow that I want to use mongotop to get more info, so this is a bit frustrating.

      I see that this was fixed for mongoexport in https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/TOOLS-652, so maybe that fix needs to be applied here as well
