      This PR Pulls in our new overview page as the default location for creating a new connection. Previously we would just show the connection form. Now with the overview page, we offer more options and resources to the user.
      This is the first docs change we're opening for the overview page, since almost all of the development has completed.
      The overview page can be opened with the command `MongoDB: Open Overview Page`
      It has a resources panel, the connection form, and a link to creating a mongoDB free tier.
