Currently in our explorer panels in vscode we show a `...` with a few actions. The playgrounds panel, for instance, has an action to create a new playground. This ticket involves pulling in icons for these actions and showing them on the headers for each panel.

If quick - I think it would be nice to add a search icon to the collection item in the tree view for the shortcut to create a find playground. (Currently it just exists on the document list tree item).
